The Paradigm Founder 70LCR is a versatile three-way speaker designed for left, center, or right-channel applications. Its sealed enclosure combines a coaxial 6-inch AL-MAG™ midrange and 1-inch AL-MAC™ ceramic dome tweeter with two 5.5-inch CARBON-X™ bass drivers, providing a detailed and dynamic presentation.
The coaxial midrange and tweeter arrangement places the high-frequency driver at the acoustic center of the midrange, helping create consistent dispersion and precise imaging. Paradigm's OSW™ Waveguide and PPA™ Lens further optimize dispersion and phase alignment for a coherent soundstage.
For low-frequency reproduction, the Founder 70LCR uses two high-excursion CARBON-X™ drivers with Gen3 ART™ surrounds. The sealed acoustic-suspension enclosure provides controlled bass response while the internal construction is designed to minimize unwanted cabinet resonances.
The Founder 70LCR can be positioned vertically as a left/right speaker or horizontally as a center channel, making it particularly flexible for high-performance home theater systems. With 92 dB room sensitivity and an 8-ohm-compatible design, it can be paired with a wide range of amplifiers.
