At Olson’s HiFi, we are committed to helping our customers grow their systems with confidence. Our Speaker Trade-Up Program is designed to make upgrading easy and rewarding.
Program Overview
Customers who purchase eligible speakers from Olson’s HiFi may trade them in within one (1) year of the original purchase date and receive 100% of the original purchase price as credit toward a new speaker purchase.
Eligibility Requirements
- The original speakers must have been purchased directly from Olson’s HiFi.
- Trade-in must occur within 12 months of the original purchase date.
- The new speaker purchase must have a retail price of at least twice the original purchase price of the traded-in speakers.
- Original proof of purchase is required.
Conditions of Trade-Up Program
- Speakers must be in excellent working and cosmetic condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
- Olson’s HiFi reserves the right to assess condition and determine final eligibility.
Credit Application
- Trade-in credit is applied only toward qualifying speaker upgrades.
- Credit has no cash value and cannot be applied to other product categories or prior purchases.
Exclusions
- Does not include in-wall, in-ceiling, or architectural speakers of any kind.
- Clearance, open-box, demo, or discontinued items may not be eligible (at Olson’s HiFi discretion).
- Damage, misuse, or missing components may reduce or void trade-in value.
Additional Terms
- Trade-up program is subject to change or discontinuation at any time without prior notice.
- Olson’s HiFi reserves the right to approve or deny any trade-in request based on program guidelines.
