The Sonos Era 100 SL is a streamlined version of the Era 100, designed for users who want the same powerful sound and versatility without built-in microphones or voice control. It delivers the same enhanced acoustics—clear highs, deeper bass, and a wider stereo soundstage—in a compact, modern design.

With its updated internal architecture, including dual angled tweeters and a larger mid-woofer, the Era 100 SL produces room-filling, balanced sound that works equally well for music, TV audio, or multiroom listening. It can be used on its own, paired in stereo, or integrated as rear speakers in a home theater setup.

Supporting WiFi and Bluetooth streaming, along with line-in connectivity (via USB-C adapter), it integrates seamlessly into the Sonos ecosystem while offering flexibility for different sources. Without microphones, it’s ideal for privacy-focused environments or installations where voice control isn’t needed.

The Sonos Era 100 SL is a compact wireless speaker designed to deliver powerful stereo sound and deep bass without the integrated voice control found on the standard Era 100. Its acoustic architecture combines two angled tweeters with a dedicated midwoofer, creating clear high frequencies, stereo separation, and detailed midrange and bass reproduction.

Three Class-D digital amplifiers are individually matched to the speaker's acoustic design, while Trueplay automatically measures the room and adjusts the sound to optimize playback. Bass, treble, and loudness can also be adjusted manually through the Sonos app.

The Era 100 SL supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, and Apple AirPlay 2, making it suitable for streaming from a wide range of devices and services. Two units can be paired to create a stereo system, while a pair can also be used as rear speakers in compatible Sonos home theater configurations.

Unlike the Era 100, the Era 100 SL has no built-in voice control or microphone, making it particularly suitable for users who prefer a more privacy-focused configuration. It retains touch controls, optional USB-C line-in connectivity, and full integration with the Sonos multi-room ecosystem.
