The Gold C250 is designed to serve as the vocal and dialogue centerpiece of a high-performance home theater system. Its three-way architecture separates bass, midrange, and high-frequency reproduction, allowing the dedicated 2.5-inch C-CAM midrange driver to focus on the frequencies most important for clear and natural dialogue.
The two 6.5-inch RDT II bass drivers provide substantial low-frequency authority and dynamic capability, while the MPD high-frequency transducer delivers detailed and extended treble reproduction. This combination creates a balanced presentation capable of handling both dialogue and demanding soundtrack passages with clarity and impact.
The sealed enclosure provides installation flexibility, particularly when the speaker is positioned close to a wall or within an entertainment cabinet. Its wide dispersion characteristics also help maintain consistent tonal performance for listeners positioned away from the center seat, making it well suited to larger home theater environments.
Designed to complement the other Gold Series speakers, the C250 provides a seamless tonal match with Gold floorstanding and surround models. With 88 dB sensitivity, 4-ohm impedance, and 80–200 watts of recommended amplification, it is well suited to powerful AV receivers and dedicated amplifiers in premium 5.1, 7.1, and Dolby Atmos® systems.
