The ARCAM A15 is designed around a Class AB amplifier platform delivering 80 watts per channel into 8 ohms. Building on ARCAM's long-standing amplifier design heritage, the A15 incorporates upgraded power supply components and carefully selected circuit elements to provide improved dynamics, control, and overall musical performance.
Digital audio reproduction is handled by an ESS ES9018 digital-to-analog converter, supporting high-resolution playback from connected digital sources. Optical and coaxial digital inputs allow integration with streamers, CD players, televisions, and other modern audio components while maintaining accurate signal conversion and low distortion.
Wireless connectivity is provided through Bluetooth with Qualcomm aptX Adaptive technology, enabling high-quality audio streaming from compatible mobile devices and computers. The amplifier also supports Bluetooth transmission, allowing connected sources to be enjoyed through compatible wireless headphones.
A dedicated moving magnet phono stage is included for vinyl playback, alongside three analog line-level inputs for additional source components.
