The KEF Reference 4 Meta is a flagship floorstanding loudspeaker designed to deliver reference-level performance with exceptional scale and authority. It sits near the top of KEF’s Reference series, offering a balance between ultimate precision and full-range dynamic impact.

At its core, it features KEF’s Uni-Q driver array with Metamaterial Absorption Technology (MAT), which significantly reduces high-frequency resonance and improves overall clarity. This ensures highly accurate imaging and a natural, immersive soundstage across all listening positions.

The low-frequency section is powered by four 6.5-inch hybrid aluminum woofers, providing deep, controlled bass with outstanding speed and articulation. This configuration allows the speaker to maintain composure even at high output levels while preserving tonal balance.

Its heavily braced, constrained-layer damped cabinet minimizes unwanted vibration and coloration. The result is a loudspeaker capable of delivering large-scale dynamics, extreme detail retrieval, and reference-grade neutrality for the most demanding listening environments.
