The KEF Reference 3 Meta is a high-performance floorstanding loudspeaker designed as part of KEF’s Reference series, offering reference-grade accuracy in a more compact tower format. It is engineered for critical listening environments where precision, neutrality, and imaging stability are essential.

At its core, it features KEF’s Uni-Q driver array with Metamaterial Absorption Technology (MAT), which significantly reduces high-frequency resonance and improves overall clarity. This results in highly accurate imaging, refined treble reproduction, and a natural, uncolored sound signature.

The dual 6.5-inch hybrid aluminum bass drivers provide tight, controlled low-frequency performance with excellent speed and articulation. This allows the Reference 3 Meta to maintain both depth and precision, ensuring seamless integration with the midrange and treble.

Its constrained-layer damped cabinet construction minimizes structural resonance and coloration, ensuring maximum transparency. The result is a loudspeaker that delivers reference-level detail, wide soundstage, and exceptional tonal accuracy in a more space-efficient design.
