The Gold 300 is the flagship floorstanding model of the Monitor Audio Gold 5G Series, engineered to provide the scale and authority expected from a high-end loudspeaker. Its three-way configuration separates bass, midrange, and treble reproduction, allowing each driver to operate within a carefully optimized frequency range for greater clarity, precision, and control.
The two 8-inch RDT II bass drivers use Monitor Audio's advanced rigid diaphragm technology to provide powerful, controlled low-frequency reproduction. The dual HiVe II ports are optimized for smooth airflow and fast transient response, helping the Gold 300 deliver deep bass extension while maintaining excellent definition and composure at higher listening levels.
A dedicated 2.5-inch C-CAM midrange driver handles critical vocal and instrumental frequencies, while the MPD high-frequency transducer provides detailed and extended treble reproduction.
