Unlike conventional center speakers, the Illusion ESL C34A employs a full-size electrostatic panel to reproduce the critical midrange frequencies, where the majority of dialogue and instrumental detail resides. The ultra-light XStat™ diaphragm responds almost instantaneously to incoming signals, producing exceptionally low distortion, outstanding transient response, and lifelike vocal reproduction. Dual Folded Motion® XT tweeters extend high-frequency performance with exceptional clarity, while MartinLogan's proprietary 24-bit Vojtko™ DSP engine and premium crossover network ensure seamless integration between every driver.
