The Paradigm Defiance X15 is the flagship model of the Defiance X Series, designed to deliver exceptionally deep and powerful bass for demanding home theater and high-performance stereo systems. Its 15-inch carbon-loaded polypropylene driver incorporates Paradigm's patented Active Ridge Technology (ART™) surround, allowing greater excursion while maintaining low distortion.
Its 900-watt RMS Class-D amplifier provides up to 1,800 watts of dynamic peak power. Combined with the large ART™ driver and heavily braced cabinet, the X15 is engineered to produce extremely high output levels while maintaining precision, control, and detail.
The bass-reflex cabinet uses a high-velocity, low-turbulence port design and delivers an on-axis response from 18 Hz to 240 Hz ±3 dB. Its DIN low-frequency extension reaches 14 Hz, giving the X15 the depth required for powerful cinematic effects and demanding low-frequency music content.
Anthem Room Correction (ARC®) is included to optimize the subwoofer's response to the listening environment, while the Paradigm Subwoofer Control App provides convenient control of volume, crossover, phase, and other settings. With balanced XLR, RCA, speaker-level, and optional wireless connectivity, the Defiance X15 offers extensive integration options for high-end audio systems.
