1000 ICA6

The Focal 1000 ICA6 is a premium 2-way coaxial in-ceiling loudspeaker designed for discreet high-fidelity stereo and home theater installations. Part of Focal’s 1000 Series, it combines a 6.5-inch “W” cone midrange/bass driver with a pure Beryllium inverted-dome tweeter to deliver exceptionally detailed and transparent sound from a virtually invisible architectural installation.

Its innovative design features a 35° angled midrange/bass driver, allowing the speaker to be precisely directed toward the listening position. This makes the 1000 ICA6 particularly well suited to Dolby Atmos applications, where accurate positioning of overhead sound is essential for creating a convincing three-dimensional soundstage.

The pure Beryllium tweeter provides extended high-frequency response and exceptional microdetail, while its adjustable position and level allow the speaker to be fine-tuned according to the room and listening position. Focal’s “W” cone construction contributes to controlled bass and midrange reproduction with low distortion and high transparency.

Installation is designed to be fast and discreet thanks to Focal’s patented Easy Quick Install system. The 1000 ICA6 includes both square and circular magnetic grilles that can be painted to match the ceiling, allowing the speaker to blend seamlessly into residential interiors while providing the performance required for high-end music and immersive home theater systems.
